- Facilitate the access to their establishment: access road, vegetation, car park.
- Maintain a good outside aspect of premises.
- Maintain the welcoming and comfortable premises.
- Be irreproachable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Be warm and available during the reception and during the departure of the customers.
- Take into account the customer satisfaction.
- Value the local wealth (local flavors, tourist and cultural curiosities).
The elaboration of the stays being made in close collaboration, the tourist actors make a commitment to respect scrupulously the services planned in the stay.
The tourist actors are the object of an annual quality control.
The non compliance with the commitments of the present charter will be sanctioned by the cancellation of the participation in our stays.
To adapt itself to the changes of behavior of the clientéle, this charter is evolutionary. The signatories will then be informed about possible modifications.
